An olive wood board fitted with a stainless steel wire cutter for slicing semi-hard cheeses cleanly and evenly โ no crumbling knife cuts. Available in four sizes from 14cm to 19cm.
Hand wash the board and dry standing up; the steel wire can be rinsed and dried. Oil the wood occasionally.
