How to choose a tamper

- Steel base or all wood? A steel base gives a harder, flatter surface. An all-wood tamper is lighter and warmer in the hand.

Why olive wood
Olive wood is one of the densest fruitwoods. The pieces are finished with food-grade sunflower oil only, with no varnish or lacquer. Each one is designed in Switzerland and carved by hand by artisans in Tunisia.
