Delivery costs and times
All orders ship from Switzerland with Swiss Post, with tracking.

The delivery cost is always shown at checkout before you pay. The free delivery threshold applies to the order amount after any discount.
Preparation time
Orders are prepared within 2 working days. Engraved pieces need 1 to 2 extra working days. Delivery times are counted from dispatch, Monday to Friday, and may be longer around public holidays.
Tracking
You receive a tracking link by e-mail as soon as your parcel ships.
Customs and import taxes
United States: import duties and tariffs are already included in our prices, so there is nothing to pay on delivery. For other deliveries outside Switzerland and Liechtenstein, the destination country may charge import VAT or customs duties on arrival. These are set by the local authorities and paid by the recipient.
Damaged parcel
If your parcel arrives damaged, contact us within 2 days of delivery at contact@nawaracraft.com with photos. The procedure is described in our refund policy.
