Cheese slicers

A board with a stainless steel cutting wire, in four sizes from 14 to 19 cm. The wire cuts semi-hard cheese into even slices without the drag you get from a blade.

The wire is replaceable and tensions against the olive wood frame. Board and handle are one piece, so there is no join to work loose as you press down.
